An M40 double decal army helmet in relic condition. Shell is extensively rusted inside and out, but is stable. Substantial rust damage on rear skirt, and a hole in the crown. Luftwaffe SSK90 Flying Helmet

The rare metal SSK90 Luftwaffe protective flying helmet. Manufactured by Siemens, the helmet is made from 12 metal sections rivetted to a central oval. Originally it would have been covered in leather, with a leather liner. Dated August 1941 and stamped CAW. The SSK90 helmets were discontinued for service because of their weight which made them unpopular with Luftwaffe flight personnel.  read more

A Wehrmacht verbandkasten first aid box. Large steel box measures 35cm x 19cm x 10cm. Single carrying handle and twin fastening clips. Contents and instructions on inner lid. Dated 1943. Some contents remaining including a black cloth sling, two white cloth slings, two white bandages in packaging, an elasticated bandage in packaging and two leather pouches for iodine bottles.  read more
